HydroStrip™ Liquid Butyl Primer is for use with Mastic Non-hydrophilic applications. It is a brush on application and may be used on concrete or metal surfaces. It is a Solvent Based Surface Primer used for concrete surface preparation coating and installation aid for bonding preformed sealants. It can be applied in advance of product installation.
