Quick Overview

    The new SABR anchor bolt is a cast-in-place anchor that comes in a wide range of diameters. With a 6'' threaded section, this anchor bolt accommodates a variety of holdown seat heights, including all Simpson Strong-Tie holdowns, when installed on a 2x or 3x sill plate. The one-piece sweep design maximizes its position in the concrete, providing increased tension capacity. The Simpson Strong-Tie SABR anchor bolts are code listed by ICC-ES under the 2012, 2015, 2018, 2021 and 2024 IBC® and IRC®.
    • Single anchor solution for all foundation types
    • Stamped model and alignment information on the head makes it easy to identify and align for installation
    • Sweep design allows placement near the edge of concrete while increasing tension capacity
